A ministry certificate is given to a member of the local church whose calling and giftedness is recognized and for whom a certificate would be useful for ministry (visitation, recovery, prison/jail, children/youth, etc.). This certificate can be used by full or part-time directors and WILL NOT require inclusion in the EFC-ER pension plan.
